Let me show you how much fun it is to learn how to make some great recipes and enjoy eating them too.Classes Available! My class usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it will give you some basic recipes to help you get started enjoying the Raw food way. There are also raw advanced classes .We will have small classes so everyone will have a chance to talk and share and learn .The classes are Dutch and English spoken. RAW BAGELS


1 cup, sprouted buckweat flour
1 cup, almond flour
3 tbsp ground, golden flax seeds
1 cup young coconut water + 1 Tbsp meat
1 tbl raw agave
1tbl coconut butter
1 tsp sea salt

Preparation
In food processor, mix all of the ingredients until well combined.
Place the dough in a non-metal bowl and cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.

Transfer dough to a clean surface and divide into 6 even sized balls.
Shape de bagel as you desire.

Press each bagel into a topping of your choice:
Poppy seeds, sesame seeds ore other dried herbs.

Place coated bagel on tray and dehydrate at 145 degrees for 5hours.

Almond MILK



1 cup raw almonds
water for soaking nuts
3 cups water
2 dates ore agave to tast
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Preparation:

Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Drain the water from the almonds and discard. Blend the 3 cups of water, almonds and dates ore agave until well blended and almost smooth.
Strain the blended almond mixture using a cheesecloth or nutmilk bag.

Homemade raw almond milk will keep well in the refrigerator for three or four days.

Sprouted Quinoa cucumber salad


1 Cucumber
1/2 Red onion
1 Tomato
1/2 Advocado
1/4 Cup Quinoa
1 Tbl spoon olive oil
1/2 Lemon
Fresh mint (to tast)
Salt

For the Quinoa
To sprout quinoa seeds for sprouts eat raw, wash the seeds then soak them in water for 2-4 hours. Drain, and rinse and drain again, then keep moist (but not wet) and away from direct light. Rinse the seeds with fresh water twice a day , or until they develop little "tails". The longer you allow them to sprout the softer they will be.

It s important that the Quinoa is sprouted in advance.
Cut all ingredients as finely as you like.
I myself have used a spiruliser for the cucumber.
Mix the vegetables and sprouted quinoa,mint, olive oil and lemon in a bowl garneer with the avocado.
Serve on a pretty plate.

Appel pie



For the crust

1 Cup fine chopped almonds
3/4 Cup pitted medjool dates

For the filling

2 Appels
1/4 Cup raisins
1 Tsp cinnamon
Agave to tast

Mix all the ingredients for the tart crust in a food procesor, until you get a sticky texture that resembles texture of a dough!

 Line the mini tart shells with a plastic wrap, place the dough and gently press and spread to achieve the shape of a tart.

Get the tart crust out of the shells.

Cut the apples and mix them with agave ,cinnamon and the raisin.
Mix the ingredients and fill the pie crust and serve immediately.

Vegan Cinnamon Chocolate mouse


1 Cup almond Milk
2 Cups avocado
1/2 Cup Cacao powder
2 Tb Vanilla extract
1Tsp cinnamon
Agave to tast

In a high speed blender or a food processor, Add the 2 cups of ripe hass avocado, the cacoa powder, extracts, sweeteners, almond milk and sea salt. Blend on high until well blended and smooth.
Pour into serving glasses or bowls and chill for several hours before serving.
You can garnish it with shaved chocolate or goij berrys, whatever you like.

Green almost dessert Smoothie


2 bananas
15 almonds
1 ts cinnamon
1 vanilla bean
1/2 ts vitamineral green
2 BIG hands of spinach
1 cup of water
Blend them up and Enjoy

Exotic Green love

1Thai coconut water
1/2 Advocado
1 Teaspoon vitamineral greens
1 Teaspoon maca
1/2Tablespoon cacao nibs
1 Date
Blend them up and ENJOY
